Terms of Service:
If you have any questions about my TOS, please contact me and I will clarify any details. I am flexible and willing to accommodate any extenuating circumstances!Pricing includes commercial rights (streaming, content creation, etc.) but is NOT to be re-distributed, edited, or repurposed without express permission.Payments are to be made through PayPal: 50% Upfront, and 50% upon completion.Pricing may very based on complexity of model.I reserve the right to showcase the model for my portfolio, as well as WIP posts. If you would like no previews of the model to be posted before the debut, there may be a fee for 25% of the total commission.Deposits will be refunded in full if the commission is cancelled before I begin. There will be no refunds beyond the project start date.Paypal Disputes and Chargebacks are Never to be made without express agreement from me.Model rigging will be credited to me wherever applicable(Twitter profile, Twitch panels, etc.).No .cmo3 file will be provided. If you would like the .cmo3 file, a fee may be negotiated.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel commissions at my own discretion.
